In order to identify quality concerns and to initiate actions to address them, the
Works Manager, as a designated Management Representative of the company, has the freedom and authority in day to day administration of the Quality Management System. Employees are responsible for ensuring that the Quality Systems Manual is effectively implemented at every stage of operation in which they are
involved. They are
encouraged to make proposals to revise and improve the Quality
Management System, once they have understood and implemented it.
